Cancellation less than 5 days but more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
NO-Show
No Refund
No refund if the customer does not arrive or contact us for the confirmed reservation.
5 Days or More Before
100% Refund
Cancellation 5 days or more before the scheduled start time.
24 Hours or Less Before
Non-Refundable
Cancellation 24 hours or less before the scheduled start time.
High Season Cancellation Policy
NO-Show
No Refund
No refund if costumer does not arrive or contact us for the confirmed reservation.
Less Than 48 Hours Before
70% Refund
Cancellation less 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Green Season Cancellation Policy
48 Hours or More Before
100% Refund
Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time.

EARLY RETURNS
No Refund for Unused Day
Once the rental has started, no refund will be provided for unused rental days if the costumer voluntarily returns the vehicle before the agreed return date or time.
Exceptions may be considered only if approved in writing by Costa Rica Rent & Transfer
NO-SHOWS
No Refund
If the customer does not arrive or contact us for the confirmed reservation, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
No-Shows & Early Returns
Subject Availability
All reservation changes are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.
Price Adjustment
Changes affecting the rental duration, vehicle or service may result in a price adjustment

Changes may be requested for:
Rental dates - Delivery or pick-up time - Vehicle type - Airport transfer details
Flight Delays & Private Airport Transfer
✈️ Flight Monitoring
When flight details are provided in advance, we monitor your flight and adjust the airport pick-up time when necessary.
⏱ Delayed Flights
If your monitored flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick-up time according to the updated arrival information whenever possible.
📱 Keep Us Updated
Please provide accurate flight details and contact us as soon as possible if your itinerary changes significantly.
Airport Transfer No-Show
If the costumer doesn't arrive at the agreed pick-up location and doesn't contact us, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
ATV, Jet Ski & Third-Party Experience
Third-Party Operators
ATV tours, Jet Ski experiences and other activities may be provided by independent third-party operators and may be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies.
Booking Conditions
Any specific cancellation conditions will be communicated before your reservation is confirmed.
Weather & Operational Conditions
Weather, sea conditions or operational restrictions may affect availability, routes or schedules.
Cancellation by Costa Rica Rent & Transfer
Suitable Alternative
If we are unable to provide your confirmed vehicle or service, we will first try to offer a suitable alternative whenever possible.
Refund if No Alternative Is Available
If no suitable alternative can be provided, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the affected service.
We will always contact you as soon as possible if an unexpected situation affects your confirmed reservation

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment platform.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Costa Rican law.
Where applicable law provides greater protection to the customer, those legal requirements will prevail.
